Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders for delivery to Ireland and the UK.  Placing an order constitutes your acceptance thereof.  Despatch of the products by us constitutes acceptance of the order by us and the commencement of our contract to supply.  Your contract for supply is with Neotech-Agri Ltd.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms.

Our Commitment
Neotech-Agri Ltd. is committed to supplying high quality products. Product is purchased solely for personal use and you are not permitted to re-sell these products to third parties without prior agreement with Neotech-Agri Ltd., nor are you permitted to re-package any of these products for resale under this or any other label. In accordance with the established custom of the trade, Neotech-Agri Ltd. will in no case be liable for more than the actual amount paid for a particular item.

We will endeavour only to offer products which we expect to have in stock and available for ordering, but all items are subject to availability.  Products that become unavailable will not be selectable on our website.  Should a specific product not be available at the time of despatch, you will be advised and we will issue a refund.

We will endeavour to offer next day delivery, where requested. Otherwise delivery will be a standard 1-3 working days.
Postage & Packing
All such Postage & Packing charges are shown separately and added automatically to your shopping basket.  Special conditions apply to certain postcode and product types.

Distance Selling Regulations
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after receipt.   If you wish to cancel an order please contact our office within 7 working days after receipt.  You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us, promptly, at your cost.  We can arrange collection of larger items, but you will be charged for this service.  We reserve the right to cancel any order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards.   Please note that your account will be debited on receipt of your order by us.  If your card issuer or bank refuses to authorise payment to us, we will contact you for further instructions.  We will not be liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery.  Refunds are only payable to the purchaser of the goods. *Credit card payments will incur an additional charge of 1.5%*

Prices reflect the latest prices for all products.  However, we reserve the right to change prices at any times.  All prices include VAT, if applicable.
If, in error, a product(s) has been priced inaccurately, either at unit level or through the activation of a promotion, we will not be liable to supply that item(s) to you at the inaccurate price.  In such circumstances, we will notify you of the correct price and ask you to confirm or decline your order for the item(s) in question.

New and Exclusive
Where an item is defined as ‘New’ it is new to our range.  Where an item is defined as ‘Exclusive’ it means this item is believed to be available in this form only from Neotech-Agri Ltd. and our associated partners.

Customer Care
We strive to provide the best possible products and level of service.  Where we do not, our experienced customer service staff will assist you.  Their aim is to respond promptly and efficiently to all queries and ensure you receive 100% satisfaction.

You can contact us by letter, telephone or email.  Our telephone numbers are standard BT landlines, and not “premium rate” numbers. The cost of calls will vary with your landline or mobile provider. Your order or enquiry will be dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner by a member of our team.
